first time buyers are moving..

Well, talking to a few lenders and business myself has picked up. I have a couple of sales this month already in the under 260k.

I think the market is starting to correct some. On a recent price reduction on one of my lisitngs, I saw that active listings in the area i was doing the cma on had actives lower than solds, which is a total reversal from the recent past!

The Tacoma news tribune had this artical which was intresting.
