My experience has shown that Virtual tours (and/or simple multiple pictures) on listings drive many more potential buyers to your listings. This is a visual world and if the isn't a picture of the property, forget it. … (6 comments)

So, you've got an accepted offer.
You've negotiated the inspection items.
The attorneys' have approved the contract.
... and you're all done now right? WRONG.
