I listened today to an NPR show about customer service featuring Yale and UCONN professors. It was interesting and they quoted a lot of research about how good customer service wins business. It seemed like they were discovering America Then someone from Netflix came on and after he finished getting in a free commercial for his busines, which the moderator laughed, (as in good for you)... he extolled the virtue of replacing online customer service FAQ's with real live people.

Buyers are still coming in and phoning. In fact it is probably just the beginning of the rush for bargains. Prices are low and buyers have great choices for investment homes. Four houses on our resort lake for under $300,000 each. Seasonally rent them for ten years to cover costs or make a return and sell for a historic double of value. Doubt me - look at the trends over the last fifty years. Houses in good locations double in value every ten years. Or so.  Houses in good rental locations stay rented.
