There is no first ime homebuyer requirement for borrowers moving into the incorporated city limts of Atlanta, but your current residence must be sold before  closing on your new home.

Limit Amounts:  $71, 200 for 1 -2 person household and $81,880 for a 3 person househol.

• The property must be located in the city limits of Atlanta.
• Maximum purchase price cannot exceed $252,890
• Single family detached homes, townhomes, and condominiums
• Property must be owner occupied
