There's nothing I like better than a getting a great deal on Short Sales in Brentwood,TN, Franklin,TN, or Nolensville,TN of Williamson County! 

Foreclosures in Williamson County seem to have been few and far between but year to date there have been 70 foreclosures that have sold compared to 67 Short Sales sold. 

That surprises me because it seems everytime you turn around there's another short sale on the market.  Short sales are just harder to close that is why there are more foreclosures closed than short sales but not by much so maybe the banks are getting it together after all. 

Currently there are 24 foreclosures on the market in Williamson County and 80 Short Sales.  The deals are there to be had so if you are in the buying market give me a call at 615-397-0248.
