open houses in omaha: Buyer's Agents don't cost money? Tell me more! - 04/03/09 10:14 AM

I'm not in the Real Estate business but am working with REALTORS® and builders on a daily basis at Lowes. I can't tell you how often I ask people if they used a REALTOR® to find a home, i.e. a Buyer's Agent. If they say no, I ask if they realized that most of the time they'll split the commissions with the Listing/Selling Agent. Almost 100% of the time people don't realize this!
I remember going to Open Houses and not being able to get out the door without some very persistent REALTORS® insisting on getting my name. I found out … (1 comments)
