Why did the weekly fee go up this year?
                A decision was made by the board to increase the weekly dues to $10 because of the following:
•1.       To increase membership (as defined by the bylaws)
•2.       The cost of the room $300 a meeting
•3.       Cost of Food is $ 4.50/person
•4.       Broker's Tour Sheets $1/person
•5.       To be able to support local charities
•6.       To simplify change making efforts at the check in desk
This makes an average operating cost of $7/person per meeting.  The meetings have been run at a deficit for the previous 2 years.

Where and When is your meeting held?
We meet every Tuesday morning at Centre Concord in Concord.  5298 Clayton Rd, Concord
Set up begins at 7:30 am, networking starts at 8, presentations start at 8:30, Caravan Tour 9:45
Changes of venue are posted in advance on our homepage
The meeting is open to Real Estate Professionals and related business professionals.
