31 days of december challenge: 31 Days of December - Days 15 and 16 - 12/16/11 10:31 PM

Day 15 - Having to be in the office for floor at 1, I ran some errands, make a bank deposit and made the trek to Wally World.  The printer and the dogs all wanted to be fed!!!  Busy phone day while on the floor.  The warm weather has kept the buyers hopping!!!  We have appointments with two different sets of buyer clients on Monday and Tuesday and I’ve been sifting through information and data for those buyers.  We received the listng agreement on one of the foreclosures we’ve had in pre-marketing for a couple of months - check out … (1 comments)

Day Eight -
 
Thursday was auction day as several of our foreclosure listings were part of a large absolute auction.  It was a timed auction and bidders could bit live on-site at the event location or online.  I spent the morning fielding calls from potential buyers and a couple of hours in the afternoon listening to the live event and monitoring bids.
 
Had a brief meeting with our managing broker to discuss a couple of marketing ideas we would like to implement as we got into the new year.
