Mama, sing Santa!  Mama, talk Christmas!  Mama, LIGHTS!  my neighborhood, LIGHTS!   Snowman!  Jing-a-bells, Jing-a-bells, Jing-a-all-the-way!   I'm smiling just writing this. Thank God for Helena and our family's rediscovery of the simple joys of Christmas.

NH Home Sales Were Up 13% in September 2011, the third consecutive rise compared to the same period in 2010.  Does this signal a Market Recovery or a Market Reset

According to the NH Association of Realtors, NH home sales rose 13% in September. This marked the third consecutive month that sales increased when compared with the same period last year.  That upward move was partnered with news that the median purchase price dropped by 10%during the same period.  These figures may paint a "mixed bag" of results for NH home buyers and sellers according to some market analysts.
