Happy Thanksgiving! - 11/24/10 09:41 PM
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Sometimes I think we get so caught up in the activities around the Holidays that we forget that they are designed as a time for us to reflect upon the good things that have come into our life in the past year. Such as the friends we have reconnected with throughout the year. I know I have reconnected with several friends this past year and I am very thankful for the power of Facebook to reunite you with friends that you lost touch with over the years. It is much more than a place to waste (4 comments)

Have a great week everyone.

For the an even better experience I throw on some fresh salsa. I discovered this combination vacationing Hawaii and wanting to find a breakfast that was tasty but not too high in fat and calories. One of the hardest things about being on vacation is eating right and eating something that is tasty. This combination hit the spot on all levels. It tasted very decadent, but it (7 comments)
A great trip to the beach with my son: Wordless Wednesday - 11/10/10 08:13 PM
In the Fall in Northern California you never know what the weather will be like. Today is cold and overcast and just last Wednesday we were having a little heat wave so I drove over the mountain to go spend a couple of hours with my son on the beach in Half Moon Bay, CA. I thought this shot turned out pretty good considering I took it with my iPhone. I loved how the fog was moving in to shore
