Gems of Rockbridge Geocaching Trail Launch

  Saturday, June 5 from 10am to 2pm.

  Buena Vista Visitor Center 595 East 29th Street Buena Vista, VA 24416

Live music, refreshments and demonstrations for those new to geocaching. The trail will then officially be launched with passports and GPS coordinates distributed to those that are ready to set out!

The Gems of Rockbridge Geocaching Trail was developed to enhance the gateway communities along the 469-mile Blue Ridge Parkway. The Geocaching Trail consists of 10 strategically placed caches highlighting the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Rockbridge County. Participants completing the trail will receive a commemorative coin featuring the Gems of Rockbridge Geocaching Trail on one side and the 75th Anniversary of the Blue Ridge Parkway on the other side.
