Mineral Rights Have Become a Focus in Mineral Wells - 02/02/08 01:47 PM
Very slowly the real estate market in Mineral Wells is starting to pick up.  Calls are starting to come in and agents are getting busier.  We don't have a lot of the Barnett Shale drilling going on in Palo Pinto County like Parker County, but it seems that buyers and sellers alike are asking about mineral rights.  Sellers aren't releasing them and buyers don't want to buy without them. 
For consumers who are unfamiliar with what mineral rights are, I am going to just give a brief explanation here.  I hope that it helps people with any basic questions they may have.
