It's hard to believe that almost a year has passed and it's time for the Crazy Water Festival already!  This year we have changed things a little so that we will be having activities on Friday and Saturday.  If you are looking for a fun and lively event, then this will definitely be a great time for you, your family and friends!

Friday evening beginning at 5:30 p.m. we will have the car-cruise and car show.  Live Music, wine and art will be available and on display.  Evening winds up about 8:30 p.m.

mineral wells community information: Dispelling the Misconception of a Bad Housing Market in Palo Pinto County, Texas - 09/29/08 12:00 PM
How is the housing market really in Palo Pinto County?  I get phone calls quite often from people outside our area that think we are in a depressed market here.  When I get these inquiries, I usually explain a little about Mineral Wells and Palo Pinto County and our ties to the oil and gas industry.  We are in a buyer's market along with the rest of the nation, but our outlook for the 3rd quarter is up as it has been all year.  Here are some numbers (from the 2nd quarter) to dispell the notion that we are in a depressed market:

Business Hours:  Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
                                Friday  8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Beginning September 30, 2007 the city gym will be open on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.  Saturday hours will change to 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
