I spent the better part of the afternoon yanking flyer boxes from the front lawns of our sellers homes...why???
A couple of months ago our local MLS sent out a notice that for a limited time, an upgraded listing package, normally $99 would be free. Woo Hoo! Included in the package was a free flyer box for each listing, if requested.

When I was a kid we lived in the country so naturally we incessantly bugged my father for a horse until he finally caved. In reality, I think he tired of my Sister and I riding our "broom horses" around the house all the time. My Mother was always peeved that her brooms were missing and she couldn't sweep the floors.
After an extensive search for the perfect first horse, we decided on Dolly, a half Shetland half Welsh pony with pinto markings, china glass eyes and a serious attitude problem. (She managed to keep the attitude problem in check until … (36 comments)
