The Commons @ Governors Village first phase is now open with the first three occupants open for business. These businesses include Domicile Realty's new office, Build Ex (a residential & commercial contractor), and Igloo Organic Frozen Yogurt.  Igloo Yogurt is a self-serve frozen yogurt where you pay based on the weight of the yogurt.  Mix and match up to 10 flavors and tons of fresh toppings.  Give it a try, it's delicious!

Forbes magazine has ranked Raleigh as the #2 "next big boom town."
The magazine cites the city's continued population growth and job growth.  Raleigh has seen the second highest population growth in the country over the last two decades.  Forbes expects this trend to continue.
