There are a few homes in the MLS system that are approved for a short sale. Short sales in Crossville haven't been real popular but we have seen a few.

There are only two Fairfield Glade foreclosure homes on the market now. AND I just wrote a contract on one of them. There are only a total of 29 foreclosure homes on the market in the Crossville area. That is a fair report considering the vast number of foreclosure homes in the country. Since April 2009, there have been only 8 foreclosure homes sold in Fairfield Glade.There are a few short sales in Crossville too.
