I just had some really great people get denied financing because of poor money management, they had great income, and little debt, yet because they failed to pay a $15.00 Capital One credit card payment they were denied financing!! Yes, they could get a loan with a higher rate, but like I told them...you waited this long....pay your bills....clean your credit up and in six months...you can buy a house. But, just think a $15.00 payment being late is what's … (4 comments)
