Hi everyone, my background is in Real Estate but I have my heart set on becoming a VERY good home stager.   I don't want to waste time, money and effort choosing the wrong program. As a matter of fact, I'm actually wishing to get lucky and pick the right one.  However, I've spent months reading about Home Staging Training Programs all over the Internet and I still can't make a good decision.

I live in Monterrey Mexico.  I couldn't register my real location when I created my profile in Active Rain (today) because the system makes you pick from fixed options and my location is not on the list. 

Home Staging doesn't exist in this whole country, so I do wish to become a home stager myself but I also intend to start my own business.  I would love to be able to do so as soon, effectively and professionally as it can possibly be done, but regardless my many months of research I'm still clueless about  the right program. 

I've considered learning by reading books (I've read several - it is not the way to learn), taking distance training, online training, on site programs (I've focused on Texas since it's the closest)  but as I mentioned, I still don't know what the wise step or steps would be.

So here I am, seeking your advice, your expertise to guide me and help me become the best possible home stager at the soonest possible date.
