I just listed an exceptional parcel at the Ridge at Eagle Crest. It's located on Sundance Ridge Loop, an area of high-end custom homes.
It's a little over a third of an acre, has gorgeous views of the Ochoco Mountains, backs to a three-acre common area and has direct access to the Ridge hiking/biking path.
