Some of you may know that I worked for Frank Hawkins when he was the owner of Coldwell Banker Hawkins Poe. A family run business for many years. Hawkins Poe was the largest and most successful real estate company in Pierce Country for many years.
Frank sold his real estate business 5 years ago to Coldwell Banker Bain. I stay with "Bain" for over a year and found that i did not like the "corporate" way the company was run...

As the market is turning around ever so slowly we all need to keep in mind that there are still quite a few property owners who are facing foreclosure. They need our help...
I highly recommend that if you are willing to put in the extra effort to work with distressed property owners, find and take the CDPE course...
We all need to have as many of the correct tools to do our job.
