Buying foreclosed properties

Since I am a RealEstate professional I make it my business to stay up to date with the market.

At the present time the market's best deal is FORECLOSURES, or bank owned properties.

I enjoy working with investors, and also with clients that are going to buy a foreclosed property to live it!!

Not all foreclosed properties are damaged, although almost all are missing the appliances.

One of the best things about buying a foreclosed porperty (of course besides the price) is that you will be paying LESS property tax , since these are based on purchase price!!... also don't forget about property tax portability for those that are selling another property, or have sold within the last 24 months here in South Florida. Another break you get on Property taxes is the additional $25,000.00 in Homestead excemption.

Communicating with the banks, and getting a response is getting better, in most cases.. so all and all
