northern colorado: FHA's Flip Waiver Expires January 31st, 2011! - 01/12/11 12:07 AM

So far FHA has not renewed the Flip Waiver and starting with new case numbers pulled on or after February 1st, 2011 will be subjected to the previous flip provisions as specified in FHA Mortgagee Letter 06-14.
Per HUD requirements, the fully executed purchase contract (signed by both the buyer and seller) must be dated on or before January 31, 2011. HUD allows no exceptions to this rule.
We will continue to offer this product until it expires and I will update this blog if the Flip Waiver is extended.

northern colorado: What a HUGE SUCCESS! - 12/09/08 08:24 PM
This is a bit delayed due to my accident but I wanted to send you some pictures of our 2008 Coat Drive and give an extra thanks to all that contributed.
Our goal was 500 Coats for Northern Colorado and we ended up with 658 Coats this year, I'm just amazed how many we had!
The winner of the Wii system was Diane Stroup-Heuman with my BNI Group, it helped that her name was entered over 50+ times because of all the coats she brought in! Way to go!
