What Happens When We Only Have One Bank Left Just a thought. Oh, I was also wondering Why Ben Bernanke From the Federal Reserve decreased $125 billion capital last week for the reserve. Surely not to tighten things up and force a hand? I'm not one for the conspiracy theories but ...... I mean really how did we come up with 700 billion and climbing in a week? Two guys ride into town and throw this deal on the table, cause a panic, and slam this down our throats. In real estate we call that blockbusting and its illegal. Surely we could of

EEAS "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008" AKA the BAILOUT - 09/29/08 01:09 AM
Short Sales may soon be a thing of the past. THe EEAS has placed emphasis on loan modifications. I have posted a letter written to my local representative outlining the concerns.
