I interviewed several of the local residents, they LOVE their homes, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of building, and upgrades that the homes I visited had.  But even better the homeowners seemed very positive about the builder, the quality of the materials, and while it isn't a brand new area, the homes are still very contemporary.
