As we approach the end of the year we always begin mapping out our projected course for next year in the way of our business plan. When I tell most people that West Covina IS a seller's market; they tend to nod and then try to correct that it is a buyer's market. I smile and assure these people that although it is still a great time to buy, it is certainly no buyers market... A buyer's market is indicative of a high inventory (over 7 months) which would mean that the buyers would have a large quantity to choose from, and they could afford to be more picky. A neutral housing market is when the supply is between 5-7 months inventory available, which would make for

This blog is my response to Vincent Martinez's blog Getting rid of cigarette smoke smells. When reading the title of this blog I entered to read with the predisposition that it would be addressing the buyers side of it. I found it refreshing to be on the listing side, and I have found that my smoking clients understand and have been cooperative going the extra mile to smoke outside and do some extra cleaning for open house days.
