This post is about Reece and Nichols in Kansas City. I (Chad Zogleman) am an agent for them and office out of the 83rd and Mission office.

I thought this would be a good post to inform people a little about Reece and Nichols and why it would be a good idea to sell your home or buy a home with Reece and Nichols.

Reece and Nichols is owned by Berkshire Hathaway (a Warren Buffett co.)....pretty good crowd to be associated with.
Reece and Nichols has over 50% market share in Kansas City
Last year there were nearly 30,000 customers Reece and Nichols helped out with real estate
We are an affiliate of Home Services second largest real estate company and premier family of real estate sales associates and brokerages in the nation.
We have an in house mortgage company, Plaza mortgage, which is an affiliate of Wells Fargo....again another Warren Buffet co.

I hope this information has been found usefull. When you want the premeire real estate co. in Kansas City the choice is pretty clear.

This blog post is more of a question than it is a revelation of something I discovered. I recently put up a squidoo lens as part of growing my "internet ink" for my Reece and Nichols real estate career. Although I think this "lens" has some great potential I haven't had the time to go through and completly figure it out yet. If anyone has some suggestions or advice on squidoo lenses I'd love to discuss.
