I never did understand either Extreme Makeover Home Edition or the HGTV Dream home sweepstakes (Although I did enter faithfully until I realized my chance of winning were slim to none and if I did win, how in the heck would I ever pay the taxes on it)...
I just read an article that states Extreme Makeover Home Edition has decided to downsize it's homes and stop installing swimming pools so the homeowners can afford to pay their property taxes and utilities?  WHAT A NOVEL IDEA!  The show has been on for how many years and they are just now realizing … (8 comments)

Following is the market report for the area known as Broad Ripple Village as of April 5th 2010.
