It is a buyer's market in the Butte!  Real estate values in Crested Butte are declining. There is too much inventory. Nothing is selling. Blah Blah Blah. The Gunnison County's Assessor's office just relased their next round of tax assessments on our properties and many of us are once again (every 2 years we get a new assessment) facing higher taxes because of higher property valuations.
