Yvonne Beal Receives Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification (SFR) - 01/24/10 12:34 PM
Yvonne Beal of East Bridge Realty, Chapel Ridge, recently earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. Yvonne is one of the few area realtors to earn the SFR certification in North Carolina.  The SFR curriculum and standards are governed by the National Association of REALTORS®.  Agents with the SFR certification have an understanding of how to direct distressed sellers to finance, tax, and legal professionals; qualify sellers for short sales; negotiate with lenders; limit risk; and protect buyers.  National Association of REALTORS recently reported that nearly one-third of existing home sales were either short sales or foreclosures.
