In today's real estate market I find it can be difficult for a Real Estate agent to find a way to differentiate their listings especially with all the homes on the market today. It is almost as though consumers are numb to yard signs, just listed cards, flyers, etc. Not to mention the STAND UP job the National Media has done to spread the negative housing news in way that it has scared even the most qualified buyer! I speak to several agents and brokers a day and hear over and over how disgusted they are with what has taken place in such a short period of time. They agree a correction had to be made, but not to the point of almost crippling the housing market.
