I just began my career with KW last year.  I'm trying to create a down line but it takes not only time but effort. Sometimes you might feel discouraged because the agent you think would be a perfect fit for KW doesn't see it that way.
But today I received a sizeable check from an agent who just joined KW in Massachusetts.......his office is incubating in another franchise that has already reached profit sharing.  He sold a house, and I got a nice check.

On Thursday of this week one of our franchises is hosting a Happy Hour at a neighborhood hotel's bar....the qimmick    bring flyers of a listing you are trying to promote.  What a great way to connect!  Hours are from 4-6.  Even if you can just drop in, it sounds like a great idea. … (0 comments)

I recently had a couple who was having a difficult time getting approved because of a hardship and some previous outstanding credit problems.  Two lenders had difficulty but we didn't give up, the third one found a program that will work for them and we are back out looking at homes.  Anyone want to share some experiences with their subprime clients … (5 comments)
