According to the latest report from RealtyTrac, the rate of distressed properties for Reno-Sparks and Wahsoe County went up sharply in January and February. In January, the Reno-Sparks metro area and Washoe County entered the top ten and, in February, they moved to the eighth position for metro areas with the highest foreclosure filing rate. Clark County is in the first position.
