Just one more reminder of Spring, this time in my yard on F. St. in Bentonville, AR
Spring time tells me to remember that winter, the real winter or figurative winter, is just a season.  Like all seasons winter comes but not to stay.  It came to pass, and thankfully it has. Now on to warmer days and all the promise of flowers, budding trees and budding business.

Is it nap time yet? - 03/13/11 04:20 PM
       You may have heard me mention these two, they are Sammy and Lil our Boston Terriers. The usually fiesty Sammy is in the fore ground looking like a kid who really needs a nap. Lily is about 12 years old and she is the calm one as rule. They were catching a little sun coming in to the livingroom and got suddenly very mellow.
These two have really eased the pain of the otherwise empty nest for M. and I.

How will you market my listing to out of state buyers? - 03/06/11 11:05 PM
Every time a real estate agent makes a listing presentation the seller is likely to ask the question How will you market my listing to out of state buyers? This is a great question. It is very important to make every listing available to every possible buyer wherever they maybe located. However, the question does sort of leave the impression that the seller thinks that a buyer on the far away west coast will wake up some morning just aching for a home in a state they've never heard of, with an address that matches the subject property.
