As of December 5th, 2007, there are over 10,000 homes for sale in the Inland Empire, with a median price of about $430,000. Below is a graph showing the different sizes of homes available and the price ranges that are currently on the market.
As you can see from the above graph, there are several homes to choose from to fit almost any budget. Loans are still easy to obtain, with conventional financing and FHA being the most common types of financing.
