Well would they? Here is a good post and from our surveys of folks after closing I am enjoying a 97% completion rate and a 93% approval rate. We do a survey after each event, such as listing appointment, showing and closing. We also survey the Realtor, title closer and mortgage person to see what we could do better. Going forward, St. Joe says it will cut back on infrastructure and amenities in developing its master-planned communities. It will also reposition its communities to increase sales, which could include selling properties in bulk, selling undeveloped parcels and lowering sales prices. Long standing in the area what St. Joe does or doesn't do will have effects, I feel they were instrumental in the building of the Northwest Florida International Airport which will create 1000's of jobs for years to come. When a buyer makes an offer there is usually reasons for dates to be adhere to and although all things are negotiable keep in mind that if you are not reasonable you in essence are buying your home back for the offered price.
