Are Pensacola First Time Buyers willing to compromise? You Betcha, as long as the payments are right. This week I have had more than the norm of first time buyers and while most still have rather large wish list they are willing to compromise as long as they can get a monthly payment that they can live with. Whether buying a New Home or Pre exisiting it is all good with them either way. I have seem some choosing large yards while others want a postage stamp size yard, some want a pool while most do not for liability reasons but … (5 comments)
