I received a BPO order the other day and the e-mail said the home was vacant and need pictures of inside and outside. I thought no problem, when I arrived at the home I saw a car in the driveway and a man cutting the lawn. The garage door was open and it was anything but vacant. I ask the guy if he lived there and explained to him what I was doing there. He said he was renting from the previous owner and had been for the past four months.
