How many of you are interested in a proven system for generating $6,000 to $30,000 per deal...without having to use your own cash or … (0 comments)

charleston events: Who knows a Realtor that needs more referrals? - 07/29/09 04:32 PM
The reason that I ask the question, "Who knows a Realtor that needs more referrals" is because the       Professional Network Connections is holding their inaugural West Ashley Business Partners Networking meeting Thursday July 30th, at 12 Noon at the Sunfire Grill in West Ashley....and we need a Realtor!

This network meets twice a month to provide networking and educational opportunities for business professionals.  Educational guest speakers and business roundtable discussions are scheduled monthly and these lunch meetings are open to the business community.
Since most networking groups only allow 1-person-per-occupation, the Realtor spot is normally one of the top 2-3 that gets … (0 comments)

charleston events: Are You One Of The "Criminals" That Use Bandit Signs? - 02/23/09 10:30 AM
Do you use signs to market your business or service?
You know the kind that I am talking about; the bright yellow signs that are nailed to telephone poles, or trees or are stuck in the ground near high traffic areas.

Investors called them 'Bandit Signs" or "Snipe Signs"
Several years ago, when I first began investing in real estate, I had a friend that ordered 500 of these signs every month to "get-the-word-out" as he says, about his business; when I asked him, "Why 500?" he replied, "Because "They" keep taking them down!"
He never could explain exactly … (1 comments)

In the history of our Cashflow 101 events, no one has repeated.
No one...ever!

So, there will be a lot of pressure on newcomer Tim Dorst, who is our reining CashFlow 101 Champion as he attempts something that has never been done before:

to successfully defend his CashFlow 101 title on Tuesday, January 27th, 2009 at Shoneys' Restaurant on Rivers Ave. in N. Charleston, S.C.
The "trash talking" from other Charleston Cashflow players has already began..

charleston events: Why I hate mobile phones - 01/14/09 06:29 AM

My Grandmother taught me the difference between right and wrong; she also taught me to say "Yes sir/ma'm and No sir/ma'm and a lot of "life lessons".
One of the most important life lessons that she taught me was to forgive and that I should not have "Hate" in my heart.
"Grandma, if you are looking down on your favorite little grandson: I'm sorry! I have tried to remember everything that you taught me, but I really hate mobile phones"
And to be perfectly honest, it's not the actual mobile phones - it's the people who mis-use them.
Mobile phones … (2 comments)
