Rose Hare from RE/MAX FIRST, INC. was seen in Port Hadlock Washington driving a lawn mower!! The lawn mower was sponsored by Mountain Propane. She was doing quite well until the machine blew a belt. She was in second place. Port Hadlock Days 2008 was the scene of this monumental and fast paced race among "muscle" mowers.

I thought I would share a technological idea with the world wide web.

With GPS enabled phones, they should set up a service, whereby the buyers input the property they want, and whenever they are near a listing that matches their criteria...their phone buzzes and gives them gps directions to that house, the agents number, etc. So a buyer just drives around a city they want to live and their phone guides them to the right house, and the right agent.

Port Townsend, Washington located in Jefferson county is experiencing a serious problem with the ferry system. We normally have 2 boats that hold upwards of 60+ cars. No we only have 1 ferry on loan(thank you to Pierce County) and this cute little ferry can only hold 50 cars. Our retailers and food establishments down town are experiencing a little turn-down in their economy right now. Anyone with pull at the state level should let the powers that be know, we need 2 ferrys that hold a decent amount of cars. I have hope that in a couple of years we will have 2 larger ferries plying the waters, plus a passenger ferry service to Seattle. Cross your fingers.

I attended brian buffini's Turning Point Advanced Business Addition in Seattle yesterday. I needed to deal with some contract issues on a deal today, so I'm missing day 2. BUT day 1 was AWESOME. Anyone who hasn't been to one of those events, must go. Their system is top notch and very, very affordable. It has helped my business in more ways than just income.
