Facebook Influences World Wide Commerce  Here's am amazing video. I've said over and over again how the business of real estate has changed dramatically over the last 6 years. The amount of information available on your computer is endless. But it's not just Routt county real estate stats and foreclosure filings, these are just facts. But today, we have information contributed by each and every person on the Internet. Social media allows anyone to voice an opinion on products, service, and anything they see fit.  Facebook and social media is the new Better Business Bureau and companies are embracing this.

Congratulations on having 473 Facebook friends. People really like you and you're very connnected. So well liked, that now that ski season is just around the corner, those Facebook friends will soon start calling you about coming for a Steamboat Springs’ ski vacation in your second home. Research indicates that a typical second home owner only spends 39 nights a year in their vacation home which leaves 326 days “free”…unless friends want to come while you’re in your second home, which is a whole new issue I won't even try to address here.
