I have to say that I love this market.
My Buyers have so much inventory to choose from and the prices are great!!!
This is a buyers dream, we (buyers) have been waiting for this for a very long time.
The Charlottesville Real Estate market is ever changing but with over 3600 residential and over 2300 land listings in our MLS there is something for everybody...
Come get your piece of the pie while there is plenty ot choose from!!!
