Keswick Estates!
This is a beautiful neighborhood with grand homes and views!
This area is not only beautiful with it’s rolling landscapes and country club but it also has a wonderful Golf Course! I am always amazed at how fee golfers are on this course when I drive by!
It is one of the few gated communities in the Charlottesville Real Estate Area which only keeps out the Sunday drivers. I think that is the only real reason for gated communities … (3 comments)

CLICK PHOTO This hive is located at a friends home. When we stumbled upon it, we were shocked. The size and the amount of effort to build it is unbelievable. It was amazing… Do you see the wasps peaking their heads out? As we looked further we saw them all over the yard working on their home. for finding a tenant to rent a home for a year…
Home Owners are offering 2, 3, 4 percent on a home sale in most area of this country and now we have some agent offering a dollar to find a tenant for a one year lease.

While driving near Charlottesville Virginia on Hwy 64 there is a little turn-out worth stopping at to take a look at the view (see above photo I took recenty).
There is more to this stop than just the view. This is the VDOT Workers` Memorial….

It is really a sight to see and we are proud that it is located close to our small town of Crozet and Charlottesville in the center of Virginia!
