Do you need to be certified to be Green? - 02/23/12 11:21 AM
In our Real Estate market, many of our builders have been building to Green standards for years.
Now I am not promoting any one builder here, but I say this so that buyers understand that many builders are not just aware of the environment, they actually care.
LEED Certification We are seeing LEED Certification on many homes and many Charlottesville Home Builders are building Earthcraft Homes.
So when thinking Green Charlottesville Homes, does a builder and home have to be certified to be Green?

As you learn the different parts of the counties many people choose to do a home search by town. There are many small towns around the Charlottesville Real Estate area. One difference is that the town itself may be quite small, some only have a few buildings but have been around for a couple hundred years. So when you are doing a home search by town it helps if you know the area specifically. Many local residents use this search and save a link to their area/town because it gives them a good idea of the value of their personal residence.

Located just east of the Blue Ridge mountains in central Virginia is Charlottesville Virginia and many people know that Charlottesville Real Estate is some of the most desirable in the country.
