buyer agent in charlottesville: 25 Dollar Bill for showing a home, are you kidding? - 01/16/11 09:11 PM

I recently got an email where the builder will give you a 25 dollar bill (not really, just 25 dollars)
for just showing one of their homes (as long as you have a client with you).

I am not really sure how I feel about this little incentive? My initial reaction is that if the home is worth seeing I am going to show it to my clients, incentive or not...
I do not think I would want the incentive at all and I am not sure my clients would appreciate it if I was showing a home and … (53 comments)

Many of my readers know that our Office (Re/Max Assured Properties) is the top selling office in the Charlottesville Area for number of transactions. Yesterday we had our quarterly office meeting and I was pleased to be awarded the "Top Producing Individual for 2009" for our office. If you read my blog you know that I moved over to Re/Max just two years ago. We have a group of outstanding agents and it is my pleasure to be associated with them! 2010 is starting out with a bang!

buyer agent in charlottesville: I had to LAUGH!!! - 04/10/09 01:36 PM

I have been on a little trip and one of my associates and I were just talking on the cell phone about Buyer Agent Bonuses while I was driving through Tennessee...
We both agreed that it is rediculous to offer a "Bonus" to an agent that is already getting a commission. Why not just lower the price...
So here is where it got funny... I got back to my computer (I bring it with me of course) and the very NEXT email I get says....
DON'T MISS OUT ON MORE GREAT SELLING BONUSES!
I just had to laugh!
