buying charlottesville: So you think it is a good time to buy? - 03/15/10 07:19 PM

I read a lot of information out there saying: "This is a good time to BUY because...."

This made me think about this from a buyer's point of view.

It seems we are flooded with opinions saying that "interest rates are good...It's a buyers market...yada yada yada....
As a buyer, one might wonder if this is a NOT a good time to buy because the market is going down (or so the media tells us ).

If it is NOT a good time to buy Real Estate then when is?
Can we tell if a market is at a bottom? I do not think … (15 comments)
