charlottesville clients: Clients and Snakes! - 05/28/10 07:45 AM
Yesterday some clients stopped by my home to see how we had landscaped our back yard (on a slope). Well my wife came out to meet them and was watching their baby (asleep in the van).
She called for me as we had a vistor….
Excuse the photos as I took them with my blackberry and not my camera…
Well my dog actually scared him and he laid there very still…
His is so cute I think he is smiling at the camera!
I let this little guy go and he is evidently living in my barn.

When we are working with a client we must keep our conversations "private".
One of my clients who I am currently working with was telling me about their financial situation and wanted if I would tell another agent or my principle broker about it. I responded with "absolutely not, everything we discuss is private"...
My client responded with "kinda like a Doctor?"
I said "yes, just like a Doctor"

Since many of my clients are tech savvy their have unique demands!!!
My clients demand:
1. Access to MLS data! - Search for homes
2. Google map data link on the area, (near a busy road, railroad?) showing school locations, shopping etc... Example (I am expanding this)
3. Tax data. Not just the tax rate but also the history of assessed values, with owner records
4. Comps of active, under contract and sold's
5. for me to "Answer the phone".... They actually want to talk with me when they call.
6. Access to me by text, and instant messaging

WOW, what a party!
One of our best ones, we had wonderful guests, great food (thanks Betty) good music and fantastic weather (75 degrees)! What more could we ask?
