Are you considering Lake Monticello? one of my associates is the expert in the area. They lives there, play there and work there. Always use an expert when buying (ask me why).
Fluvanna County is located South East of Charlottesville. One of the main draws to Fluvanna is the Lake Monticello Area. Here you can get a home on a lake at a great price and the commute to Charlottesville is about 30 minutes on beautiful county roads!

Off to a walk-though then a closing this morning. Later a home inspection so it is a full day. Good news….. I get to drive though some of the most beautiful areas of Virginia!

charlottesville real estate: 6 years of Charlottesville Real Estate data tells us what? - 04/02/10 07:12 AM
One thing that is obvious is ther lower highs from 2005 until now. The other is the lower lows until this year. Does this mean we have broken the downtrend?
The answer is "Maybe" note the higher low from last year at this time. This is a good thing but may just be a little sideways action...
It is good to see that we appear to be starting a new trend line.
