Located just east of the Blue Ridge mountains in central Virginia is Charlottesville Virginia and many people know that Charlottesville Real Estate is some of the most desirable in the country.
With incredible mountain views, about 45 minutes to skiing and just a few hours to the eastern seaboard. We are located where Thomas Jefferson decided to build his home, Monticello, a must see when touring Charlottesville Virginia.

I do a lot of traveling when looking at Charlottesville Homes. Mostly in the county but often in the city too.

Charlottesville Real Estate is stunning to see with the change of seasons and this area is one of our favorite places to walk and watch the changes. Later today I get to show homes in Charlottesville to 2 different clients in 2 different areas. What a great job I have.

There are two places in the country that must always celebrate the 4th of July - Philadelphia and Charlottesville. I just read a blog from Spokane Washington Real Estate Expert, BethAnn Long about their local market. Click Here
My response to her was "Stay positive and stay focused you are above the crowd just by being actively working on your business!"
Then it crossed my mind, something that I had seen recently, a statue here in Charlottesville Virginia at UVA...
Was it because BethAnn was from Washington State? I am not sure....It was this statue of George Washington!

charlottesville virginia: VDOT - Workers' Memorial near Charlottesville Virginia - 09/16/08 02:57 PM
While driving near Charlottesville Virginia on Hwy 64 there is a little turn-out worth stopping at to take a look at the view (see above photo I took today).
There is more to this stop than just the view. This is the VDOT Workers` Memorial....

NOTE: No public funds were used to build this memorial.
It is really a sight to see and we are proud that it is located close to our small town of Crozet and Charlottesville in the center of Virginia!

charlottesville virginia: FOXFIELD RACE - This weekend! - 04/25/08 07:43 AM
This is a big day (Saturday, April 26th, 2008)
Where: at Foxfield Race Track (about a mile from my home) in Western Albemarle is an event not to be missed!
There is of course the Steeple Jump Races of these fine horses. This is the main draw of the event but there is a lot more going on. Big hats, proper attire and even some fancy tailgating!
