The thing about Charlottesville Weather is that it is ever changing.
Yesterday we had clear skis and temps around the 70's. This morning we are getting a few Thunder showers and even some lightning.

charlottesville weather: violent storms ripped through the Charlottesville area - 06/25/10 07:12 AM
Yesterday was one of those crazy weather days. There were warnings of thunder storms and nothing looked like it would happen.
Then we saw clouds to the west toward the Blue Ridge and soon the rain came. Now the rain only lasted about 30 mins but with it was strong winds. It hit Charlottesville City a lot harder than the county and with the heat it made for a tough evening for rescure teams...

Over 90 degrees and showing homes on Saturday in Charlottesville! It might be a little warm, but I just learn to adjust. School is out and the kids are ready to enjoy summer. I am seeing a lot of sunshine, a few thunder storms and lots of pool time ahead! Enjoy the fine weather!

Charlottesville is calling for snow and rain this morning.(I feel like a weatherman! lol) Today I will be showing Charlottesville Real Estate, both in Western Albemarle (new construction) and North of Charlottesville. The weather is not going to stop me today, darn-it! Well the storm is off to a good start…
Looks like almost 1/2 inch already at our home in one hour!

I just love the sky after a storm!!!
Charlottesville Virginia seems to get the tail end of hurricanes (from the South) and the Northern storms that come from Canada seem to hit a lot harder in the DC area (and New England) than they do in our area.
Did Thomas Jefferson pick a great place to live or what???
If you are looking for 4 seasons with mild weather, you need to put Charlottesville Real Estate on your list!

Today in Charlottesville we are getting a little Ice Storm we love the weather here in Virginia!
The kids are home from school and we got to spend a little time playing on the Wii together...
This last week I have been going non-stop with clients and contracts. I have 3 ratified and one close to it...It is good to see the market taking off again!
I have been showing property (see: Driving witch Charles) all over the county of Albemarle (which is fun for me)!

We had a few days of winter weather and yesterday I posted: I caught a rainbow in Charlottesville
This photo is right out my home office window after the storm... I took the photo right through the glass of the window and I am pleased with the results:
Now that the leaves have fallen I enjoy Blue Ridge views from my office.
Makes me want to go for a hike in the hills today!
