Today is just a beautiful morning in Charlottesville and my wife and I are discussing summer plans over coffee. The kids only have until next Friday and then school is out for vacation! The first thing on the agenda is a pool party for my daughter and then we have a graduation party for my son. Great family times!

I read a lot of information out there saying: "This is a good time to BUY because...."
This made me think about this from a buyer's point of view.
It seems we are flooded with opinions saying that "interest rates are good...It's a buyers market...yada yada yada....
As a buyer, one might wonder if this is a NOT a good time to buy because the market is going down (or so the media tells us ).
If it is NOT a good time to buy Real Estate then when is?
